主な業務内容 * 建設工事に関する安全基準・手順の策定、維持、改善 * 建設現場におけるリスクアセスメントの実施および是正措置の推進 * 労働安全衛生法、建設業法など関連法令・規格に基づくコンプライアンス対応 * 現場での安全監査、点検、事故・ヒヤリハット事例の分析と再発防止策の立案 * 作業員・協力会社への安全教育・トレーニングの企画・実施 * 新規工事・改修工事における安全計画の立案および承認プロセスへの参画 * グローバルEHS基準との整合性確保、社内外ステークホルダーとの連携 * グローバルEHS基準、関連する国際規格等に基づく設計レビュー 応募資格 * 建築・土木工学または関連分野の学士以上 または上記分野以外の学士であっても、実務で同等と見なせる知識や経験がある * 日本語能力として、JLPT N3 以上を必須とし、N2 以上の資格保持者を歓迎します * 労働安全衛生法、建設業法など関連法規に関する知識 * 建設現場での安全管理経験（製造業・プラント・工場での経験歓迎） * リスクアセスメント、事故調査、是正措置の実務経験 * （歓迎）一級建築士、施工管理技士、EHS関連資格（例：ISO45001内部監査員） 求める人物像 * 安全文化の醸成に積極的に取り組める方 * 優れた問題解決力と改善提案力を持ち、現場と連携できる方 * 分析的思考力とプロジェクト管理能力を持ち、自発的に職務を遂行できる方 * グローバル基準や最新技術に関心を持ち、継続的に学べる方 * 英語による簡単なコミュニケーションができる方 * コミュニケーション能力、チームでの協働力が高い方 Job Summary In our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, you will be responsible for safety management related to Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities. Through legal compliance, development and implementation of internal standards, and risk assessments, you will play a key role in ensuring employee safety and maintaining the reliability of our facilities. Primary Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and improve safety standards and procedures for construction projects * Conduct risk assessments at construction sites and promote corrective actions * Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Construction Business Act * Perform on-site safety audits and inspections, and analyze accidents and near-miss incidents to develop preventive measures * Plan and deliver safety education and training programs for employees and contractors * Participate in planning and approval processes for safety measures related to new construction and renovation projects * Ensure alignment with global EHS standards and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders * Conduct design reviews in accordance with global EHS standards and applicable international regulations Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field (Candidates with degrees in other fields may be considered if they possess equivalent knowledge or experience.) * Japanese proficiency of JLPT N3 or higher (N2 or above preferred) * Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Construction Business Act * Experience in safety management at construction sites (experience in manufacturing plants or industrial facilities is a plus) * Practical experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, and implementation of corrective actions * Preferred qualifications: First-Class Architect, Construction Management Engineer, or EHS-related certifications (e.g., ISO 45001 Internal Auditor) Desired Personal Attributes * Strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety * Excellent problem-solving and improvement proposal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with on-site teams * Analytical thinking and strong project management skills, with the ability to work proactively * Interest in global standards and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn * Ability to communicate in basic English * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
