Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ディスクリプション Descriptionプランニングエンジニアは、それぞれの製造エリア単位で生産設備能力ならびに投資額計算を精度良く実施することにより、Fab15の生産計画、投資計画に責任を持つ。またMCT、サプライチェーン部門、Fab15他部門等と協力し、将来のFab15の姿をウェハアウト、投資額の面から明確にしていくものである。Planning engineer is responsible for Fab15 production planning and Capital expenditure scheme through implementation of production tool capability and investment cost calculation accurately to meet its requirement by each fab area and also take care of visualizing the future of Fab15 on a wafer out and investment-wise with support of MCT, Supply Chain and other departments in Fab15.役割詳細(Role detail)(Roles and responsibilities)生産能力/投資計算(Capacity/Capital expenditure calculation)Micronの生産能力計算データ構造、手法を良く理解し、製造各エリアレベルで生産能力を計算、ウェハアウト生産Mixの実現を確実にする。Understand Micron’s capacity calculation data structure and methodology to make sure that each process area can calculate their capacity in order to realize Waferout production mix3カ月に一度MOR updateに沿った生産能力ならびに投資額の算出を行う。Calculate capacity and capital expenditure in accordance with MOR update on a quarterly basis.製品におけるMOR/PORのGapを認識し、関係者に対して情報を提供する。Recognize gaps of MOR/POR for each DID and pass down the information accordingly to the stakeholders適切なシステムの使用、定期的なチェックにより、生産能力計算の前提となるパラメータを精度よく維持する。Maintain parameters accurately used for Capacity calculation through regularly use and periodical checkMCTと生産能力計算結果データのレビューを実施しすることにより他Fabとのベンチマークを行い、そのGapを理解し埋める活動を提案する。Benchmark with other Micron Fabs through a joint review with MCT on a capacity calculation results and promote activities to develop understanding of and narrow the gap.PEE/RnDと協力し投資額の最小化のためのアイデアを創出し提案する。Create and propose ideas to minimize capital expenditure with collaboration with PEE and R&D将来の生産Mix変更に伴う検証 (シナリオ)Validation for the future production mix change(Scenario)サプライチェーン部門(SnOP)と連携し、4半期に2度、市況や需要その他理由による将来の生産Mix変更(シナリオ)を生産能力と投資の面から検証する。Collaborate with SnOP to verify and validate scenario two times in a quarter for potential production mix change due to market volatility, demands and other reasons from perspectives of capacity and capital.上記変更について、関係者と情報共有する。Share information among stakeholders in case of scenario modification生産能力計算結果に基づいた余剰設備の情報をレイアウトエンジニアへ情報提供する。Provide information on excess tools based on the capacity calculation result to Engineersその他Other requirementsFabのプロジェクト業務において、ウェハアウトプット量や投資額等のデータが必要な場合は、プロジェクトに参加し情報提供する。If you need to involve to obtain information on wafer output at any projects in the fab, capital expenditure and whatever, take part in associated ones to get message across.要件(全て満たしている必要は無い)Qualifications to apply(not necessarily to meet all the requirements)1年以上のExcel、Powerpointの使用経験があること(必須)More than one(1) year experience of using Excel and Powerpoint(necessary to have)生産指標、製造設備における一般知識を有する。General knowledge for production key performance index, tools and equipments基本的な生産能力計算コンセプトを理解している。Understanding of basic capacity calculation concept口頭、記述にて英語のコミュニケーション能力を有する。Have a better communication skill in verbal and written English強い問題解決能力を有する。Strong ability for problem solvingAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
