Key Responsibilities:Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.Accurately capture and maintain customer demand in the system; manage order entry and updates with attention to detail.Support on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving supply gaps.Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.Contribute to revenue growth through active involvement in demand forecasting, pricing strategies, and operational process improvements.Serve as a dependable and solutions-focused partner to both customers and the sales team.Participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations from a customer account management perspective.Provide data-driven analysis to empower the sales team with actionable insights that support revenue growth.Requirements:Bachelor’s degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and EnglishProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentNote:This position is open only to candidates who already hold a valid working visa for Japan.
