A Day in Your Life at MKS:As an Account Manager (or Associate Account Manager) at MKS Japan, you will partner with the Applications Engineer team, Customer Service, and MKS Business Units to sell the company’s products to a strategic customer. By leveraging MKS’s industry-leading product portfolio, global reach, and technical expertise, you will be instrumental in our continued success and growth strategy in Japan.You Will Make an Impact By:Develops and implements account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand MKS market share.Proactively seeks and finds new business opportunities and promotes MKS products to the customer.Builds solid relationships with customers at multiple levels in the organization and with key MKS stakeholders.Ensures timely and clear communication between customers and MKS Business Units throughout the sales cycle.Conducts market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Qualifies sales opportunities in terms of MKS business case, customer commercial requirements, competitive landscape, and MKS’s value proposition.Manages and drives timelines and action items in Japan and with the MKS Business Units to ensure customer needs are met consistently.Timely and accurate reporting of sales information, market trends, and competitor intelligence.Maintains and updates sales forecasts in a timely manner for regular reporting and alignment with internal stakeholders. Skills You Bring:5+ years business experience in the FEOL Semiconductor industry.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar background preferred.Proven track record of developing business and relationships with customers.Knowledge of FEOL semiconductor processing equipment.Ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals in Japanese and English.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent Japanese and Business English level required.Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
