ResponsibilitiesThe Operating Manager (OM) will lead and drive R&D activities within the CSG HFM COE, with a primary focus on the development of Quantum Control Systems (QCS). This role is responsible for defining technical strategy and roadmap, while ensuring alignment with business objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and performance. The manager will coordinate and guide cross-functional global teams across hardware, FPGA, RF, and software domains, enabling effective execution of complex system-level projects. In addition, the role involves driving key architectural decisions, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans, and fostering strong collaboration across international sites. The OM will also play a critical role in team development, including hiring, coaching, and building organizational capability for future growth.
