ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with field solution engineers and internal development teams to address customer challenges using deep technical expertise and product knowledgePlan and execute application support for new SiPh solutions and enhancements to existing offeringsDevelop and deliver technical training to field engineers and sales teamsAct as a bridge between customers and R&D by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of the solution portfolio QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 5 years of experience in the test & measurement, semiconductor, or electronics industryHands-on experience with electrical measurement techniques and toolsStrong communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal)Business-level proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher)Proven ability to manage projects and execute plans effectivelyA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for customer successGlobal experience or exposure to international customers is a strong plusExperiences with optical measurement, such as Tunable laser source, Polarization Synthesizer, Power meter, Optical switch are desirable.
