You do not wait for global IT to hand you a perfect solution. You translate what Japan needs, push back when a global standard does not fit the local reality, and find a way to make it work without creating technical debt downstream.Bilingual fluency is not a nice-to-have for you, it is how you operate. You think in Japanese and English, and you know how to navigate the cultural and operational nuances of supporting a Japan business unit within a global company.
