Using AI:Experience in utilizing AI for work process improvements and efficiency activities.Job ResponsibilitiesGain a deep understanding of audit processes based on QMS and EFQM model and effectively deploy them within the Fab.Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, and develop and drive improvement plans.Collaborate with global quality organizations as the Fab representative to contribute to the development and enhancement of audit standards and evaluation methods.Identify quality risks and work with PCRB and related departments to implement appropriate risk management.Propose system improvements based on audit results and EFQM evaluations, and promote continuous improvement.Qualifications & Requirements[Mandatory Requirements]Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, quality management, or customer auditsDaily conversational level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N3) and daily conversational English proficiency *This position involves frequent communication with overseas teams via chat and emails, using of AI or translation tools is acceptable-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background and/or industry experience [Preferred Qualifications]Basic understanding of QMS and the EFQM modelAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams both in-person and remotelyStrong willingness to learn continuously and a mindset for improvementExperience in quality audits, EFQM assessments, or other quality management–related workBusiness-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2)About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
