Job Title:Machine OperatorJob Description:The Role: Machine Operator at Yonezawa site in Japan as part of manufacturing team in APS Operation. This position will be responsible for manufacturing process. What you will do: Operate manufacturing equipment to perform all manufacturing process steps based on the production order. Perform In Process and final inspection of products ensuring in process control and product quality. Maintain process records and other relevant documentation. Enter necessary values and comments into SPA. What we seek: High school diploma required Previous manufacturing experience in similar types of industries preferred. Good writing and interpersonal skills. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with other team members. Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs. Outstanding candidates will have : Strong communication and problem solving skills Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Ability to perform manufacturing processes and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, navigate challenges and proactively seek solutions.
