Yield/Utilization/Process改善に向けた改善計画を立案し、分析・実装・効果検証まで一貫して推進する。

PI/ME/シフトチーム間のギャップを埋め、工程変更やエリア改善が確実に実装・調整されるよう、橋渡し役として主導する。

評価（SWR等）やプロジェクトデータを作成・実装・分析・要約し、意思決定に耐える形でアウトプットする。

展開評価・レシピ管理、スクラップ低減等の領域横断改善をプロジェクトとして遂行する。

問題の解決にFailure analysis、FMEA、8D、SPC等を適用し、再発防止を含むクローズまで責任を持つ。

最小限の指示で独立して業務に取り組み、プロジェクトを期限内に完了し、設定された目標を達成する。
