AI / SQL / Python 等を用いて問題の定期と解析及び解決のsolution提案。製造ラインの稼働状況監視とラインバランス調整サイクルタイム、スループット、稼働率などのKPI分析と改善提案生産計画に基づくロットフロー管理、優先度設定(Lot Priority)異常発生時の迅速なトラブルシューティングとリカバリー対応DXチームやOMTチームとの連携による自動化・効率化施策の推進FabPace改善活動への参画必須条件半導体製造プロセス、ライン管理、サイクルタイム改善の製造オペレーション知識を持ち、なおかつ3年以上の実務経験がある方問題解決能力:異常時の原因分析と迅速な対応コミュニケーション能力:現場オペレーター、DXチームとの協働データ分析スキル:Excel、SQLを用いたKPI分析歓迎条件データ分析スキル:Excel、SQLを用いたKPI分析基本ITスキル:MES(生産管理システム)操作、レポート作成、標準ツールの活用生産スケジューラの知識英語力:日常会話レベル以上日本語力:ビジネスレベル(JLPT N2相当)以上 Job SummaryThe Production Line Management Engineer is responsible for the operation of the high-volume manufacturing (HVM) production line at Fab15. This role focuses on maintaining line balance, maximizing throughput, and reducing cycle time. By analyzing manufacturing issues and implementing improvement measures, the engineer contributes to stable production, ensures on-time delivery to customers, and supports achieving maximum output.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, analyze, and resolve problems using AI, SQL, Python, and other analytical tools, and propose effective solutionsMonitor manufacturing line performance and adjust line balance accordinglyAnalyze and improve key performance indicators such as cycle time, throughput, and equipment utilizationManage lot flow and set priorities in accordance with the production schedulePerform rapid troubleshooting and recovery actions in response to abnormal eventsCollaborate with DX and OMT teams to drive automation and operational efficiency initiativesParticipate in FabPace improvement activitiesBasic QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, including process knowledge, line management, and cycle time improvementStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and respond quickly to abnormalitiesEffective communication skills to collaborate with shop floor operators and DX teamsData analysis skills using Excel and SQL for KPI evaluationPreferred QualificationsData analysis skills using Excel and SQLBasic IT skills, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operation, report creation, and use of standard toolsKnowledge of production schedulingEnglish proficiency at a basic conversational level or higherJapanese proficiency at a business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) or higherAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
