■Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for process integration activities for next-generation DRAM technology development. Your key responsibilities will include:Development and integration of process technologies for Future DRAM nodesDesign, development, and optimization of capacitor modulesIntegration across multiple process modules to ensure consistency and performanceDesign and execution of experiments (DOE) and data analysis to optimize process conditionsIdentification and resolution of yield and quality-related issuesCross-functional collaboration with process, design, device, and quality teams
■Required QualificationsTechnical SkillsFundamental knowledge of semiconductor processesUnderstanding of process integration or related engineering fieldsKnowledge of DRAM devices and structures is a plusOver 5 years of experience in semiconductor engineeringCommunication SkillsAbility to communicate effectively in English, as you will frequently participate in meetings with overseas teamsProficiency in Japanese for daily business communicationStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional teams
