■仕事内容:最先端の半導体メモリ製造におけるプロセスエンジニア(生産技術開発)として、生産性・歩留まりの向上や製造プロセスの最適化を担っていただきます

■プロセスエンジニアとは製造プロセスにおけるガスや薬液、純水などの流量・圧力条件を最適化し、製品品質を左右する重要な役割です。新規装置立ち上げ(製造条件(ガス・薬液流量など)の検討・設定)量産改善(プロセス条件の見直しによる最適化/歩留まり・品質の向上)トラブル対応(品質問題発生時の原因分析/装置エンジニアと連携した改善対応)

■配属予定工程ご希望・適性を踏まえ、以下いずれかの工程へ配属します。リソグラフィエッチングメタライズCMP拡散・イオン注入CVD/PVDWETメトロロジー(測定)
