[XC-AS] Driving CPO (Chief Product Owner)

1. MissionAs Driving CPO, you are accountable for maximizing product value in the Driving domain (ADAS/Automated Driving) by defining and leading the product strategy end-to-end — from customer value and system requirements to product release.You act as the central interface between customer, business, and engineering to ensure a competitive, scalable, and high-quality product. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and drive the product vision and roadmap for Driving features (e.g., highway assist, urban driving)Ensure alignment with overall ADAS portfolio and business targetsEnd-to-End Product Ownership (E2E)Take full responsibility for the Driving product scope across system and software integrationOwn and approve top-level system requirements and product scopeEnsure consistency across all contributing streams (Perception, Fusion, Planning, Vehicle Integration)Drive system engineering and requirement definition across domainsProduct Backlog & Agile LeadershipOwn and prioritize the product backlog (features, epics, requirements)Define priorities based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impactGuide development teams by ensuring clear backlog readiness and acceptance criteriaAccept or reject delivered increments based on defined Definition of DoneStakeholder ManagementAct as primary interface towards OEM customers for product-related topicsAlign with Program Management, Technical Project Managers, System Architects, and other CPOsCoordinate across multiple CPO roles within Driving (e.g., Safety, Comfort legacy functions)Release & Quality AccountabilityEnsure delivery of product according to scope, timing, and quality targetsMake final decisions on release readinessManage trade-offs between performance, cost, and time-to-marketOversee issue prioritization, change management, and product quality KPIs 3.
