At Micron, we empower our engineers to reach their full potential and contribute to our ambitious vision. ## Responsibilities and Tasks * Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations. * Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs by implementing proven strategies. * Establish and modify process management projects to strictly maintain standards. * Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to achieve efficient performance. * Evaluate, promote, and plan the integration of new equipment and materials. * Conduct abnormal analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field. * Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse team.
