Service Support Technician

A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Service Support Technician at MKS Japan, you will partner with Service to in-house servicing repair. In this role, you will report to the Service Senior Manager.You Will Make an Impact By:Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s). This job may include any aspect of field/customer support, and is not limited to system hardware and software.Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance .aspects of system equipment.Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.Skills You Bring:Years of job-related work experience : Typically requires a minimum of 1+ year.Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.Preferred Skills:Good English communication skills preferred.Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
