主な職務内容 すべての安全手順を厳守し、安全と品質を最優先に推進する。
半導体プロセス装置の設置、アップグレード、および保守作業を実施する。
顧客とのコミュニケーション(電話、メール、対面)を通じて、効率的かつ一貫した顧客サポートを促進する。
装置のログデータを分析し、顧客向けにレポートを作成する(MS PowerPoint、MS Word、MS Excelを使用)。
ツールの稼働時間を最大化し、ハードウェアの問題に関する設置およびサポートを確実に実行する。
新しい評価プロジェクトを管理し、プロジェクトの成功に責任を持つ。
応募資格 関連業界でのフィールドサービスエンジニアとしての5年以上の経験。
