品質エンジニア(Quality Engineer)は、部門を越えて活躍するポジションです。

顧客をはじめ、インテグリス社内の各部門、さらにはサプライヤーなど、さまざまな立場・階層の関係者と連携しながら業務を進めます。

本ポジションは、事業への影響度が高く、成果が見えやすい重要な役割です。そのため、落ち着いて状況を判断し、自信を持って対応できる力や、常に変化する複数の優先事項を整理・管理する力が求められます。

In this role you will: Execute QE responsibilities as defined by the QE Policy documents, Entegris business processes, account specific support plan and as led by QE management. Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer’s Document reviewing, VOC for NPI process managing and Internal Audits, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals. Be part of a global team to succeed with our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products, regions and companies. (customers and suppliers). QEポリシードキュメント、インテグリスのビジネスプロセス、アカウント別サポートプラン、およびQEマネジメントの指示に基づき、QE業務を遂行する 問題解決、変更管理、顧客文書レビュー、NPIプロセスにおけるVOC管理、内部監査 製品サポートおよび開発プログラムなど、顧客および社内チームとの様々なレベルでの連携に参画する インテグリスの顧客成功を高めるためにグローバルチームの一員として活動する 幅広い製品、地域、企業(顧客およびサプライヤー)にまたがる、様々なレベル・複雑性のクロスファンクショナルチームと協働する 計画力、実行力、規律、学習、リーダーシップ、チームワークにおいて卓越性を発揮する(インテグリスのPACEバリューを体現する) 業務プロセス文書、アイテムトラッキング、パフォーマンスレポーティング、継続的改善プロジェクト管理など、各種ドキュメント対応を支援する Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Basic understanding of quality assurance and quality control concepts Completion of a technical college or higher education in chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred) Engineering experience in quality, process, equipment, or materials within the manufacturing industry (experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus) (Experience in any of the following is an advantage: PVD/CVD, CMP, photolithography, etching, or ion implantation) Experience in project and issue management within internal teams or with customers (Project management experience focusing on escalation management and gap closure) Experience using quality tools such as Pareto analysis, FMEA, SPC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, Design of Experiments (DOE), cause-and-effect diagrams, and 8D problem-solving methodology Experience collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers through virtual meetings in remote or work-from-home environments is a plus Verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English Flexibility to work non-standard hours or shifts as needed to support operations across North America and Asia Experience communicating with overseas sites or customers is a plus Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Experience with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP is a plus Positive, motivated, and proactive attitude 本ポジション固有のコンピテンシー、すなわち業務遂行に必要なスキル・能力を以下に示します。
