Your primary responsibility will be to ensure availability and continuity of supply and implement a comprehensive inventory management strategy. You will engage suppliers and partners in resolving supply shortages and identifying root cause to prevent future shortages. You will be part of a distributed team dedicated to providing on-time delivery, minimizing waste, and leading continuous improvements through effective and efficient global parts and materials inventory management, while building resilience against disruptions.Micronのインバウンド・サプライマネジメントチームにおけるサプライマネジメントプロフェッショナルとして、在庫供給を管理するサプライチェーンアナリストのチームと連携しながら業務を遂行していただきます。主な責任は、取引先から供給の継続性を確保するとともに、在庫管理戦略を策定と実行することです。また、供給不足の解消に向けてサプライヤーやパートナーと連携し、将来的な不足を防止するために根本原因を特定します。グローバルチームの一員として、時間通りの納入、在庫ロスの最小化、効果的かつ効率的な部品・材料在庫管理を通じた継続的改善を推進し、事業継続性の強化に貢献していただきます。Material Management and Supply Planning 資材管理および供給計画Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to effectively support manufacturing and minimize waste. This includes forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP), safety stock (SS), reorder point (ROP), lead time maintenance, and part / material obsolescence management.製造活動を円滑に支援し、在庫ロスを最小限に抑えるため、在庫補充モデルおよび供給実行戦略の策定、監視、最適化を行います。需要予測および資材所要量計画(MRP)、安全在庫(SS)、発注点(ROP)、リードタイム管理、在庫の有効期限管理や不動在庫の低減に向けた対応が含まれます。Publish material forecasts, manage supplier commitments, monitor forecast accuracy, and work with suppliers and business partners to address concerns related to demand volume and timing.フォアキャスト発行、サプライヤーとのコミットメント管理、予測精度のモニタリングを行い、需要量やタイミングに関する課題について、サプライヤーおよびビジネスパートナーと連携して対応します。Manage inventory scheduling and delivery, and adjust purchase orders with suppliers as required due to scheduling or availability changes.
