Site Capital Supplier Managerとして、取引先とのコミュニケーション、パフォーマンス管理および交渉のための主要なカテゴリ(担当エリア)の窓口になります。この役割では、内部の関係者と協力して、継続的な調達の成功のために取引先のパフォーマンスの総合的な見解を構築します。カテゴリ戦略およびプロジェクトに関連の実行する責任がありり、コスト削減の取り組み、供給体制の最適化、契約交渉等が含まれます。これらはカテゴリの戦略に沿って会社の要求事項を達成するために取引先と戦略的な関係を構築し、維持することによって達成することが出来ます。

As a Site Capital Supplier Manager, you will be the primary category point of contact for supplier interactions, performance management, and negotiations. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to build comprehensive view of supplier performance for continued sourcing success. You will be responsible for execution of category strategies and projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, and contract negotiation. In this role, you will engage in supplier benchmarking analysis to formulate, lead and execute projects to optimize cost, supply, and quality. Additional responsibilities include negotiating terms, conditions and pricing to leverage spend, leading and participating in department projects, serving as a primary contact for industry and supplier information, and acting as a procurement resource for other members within the organization. このポジションでは、重要な取引先の問題の解決や内部のコミュニケーションを調整するための主要な窓口となることも求められます。また、取引先と四半期ごとのビジネスレビューのために情報や社内関係者からのフィードバックを収集及び取り纏めを行います。

You will also collect, consolidate and present site data and feedback for supplier quarterly business reviews. Role Responsibilities & Tasks * 取引先との関係を管理する Manage Supplier Relationship * サイトの取引先の主要な窓口として機能する Act as primary point of contact for site suppliers * 戦略的取引先のコマーシャルな取引の開発を確実にするコマーシャルサプライヤー認定活動を実施 Perform commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers * 取引先とのコラボレーション関係を維持しながら、取引先のパフォーマンスや能力の問題を解決 Maintain collaborative relationships with supplier(s) while resolving supplier performance/capability issues * 取引先がマイクロンの行動規範プログラムと企業の社会的責任イニシアチブに準拠していることを確認する Ensure suppliers comply with Micron's code-of-conduct programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives * 主要な取引先管理のUpdateや意思決定を組織内の複数のレベルに伝達する Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization * 社内に供給体制の情報を提供し、取引先にマイクロンの要望を伝える Provide the voice of the supply base to Micron and provide the voice of Micron to the supply base Identify and Implement Supplier-Related Savings Levers * データとShouldコストモデルを活用してコスト改善を推進 Utilize data and should-cost models to drive cost improvement * 主要な利害関係者と取引先の情報を共有する専門スタッフとしてサポートする Serve as the subject matter expert for site suppliers sharing knowledge with key stakeholders Drive Negotiations with Suppliers for Sustaining Purchases * 契約延長および更新の交渉をリードまたは参加する Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals * グローバル交渉をグローバル担当者(Category Sourcing Manager)と協力し、またサイトの調達活動やRFQプロセスをリードする Coordinate with Category Sourcing Manager on global negotiations or lead site sourcing events / RFQ process * サイト管理の取引先に対する契約戦略を立案し、契約条件を作成、交渉、 監視 、実施する Develop a contract strategy for site suppliers and create, negotiate, monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions * 交渉した取引条件に従って、商品やサービスの購入を実行、管理する。

Execute and manage the purchase of goods and services in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions * 在庫補充を有効にし自動発注プロセスをサポートする為にシステムレコードを管理する。

Maintain system records to enable inventory replenishment and support automated ordering processes Ensure Supplier Performance Management * カテゴリチームや他のサイトと提携し、取引先のパフォーマンスの総合的な見解を構築 Partner with the Category team and other sites to build comprehensive view of supplier performance * サイト固有の優先順位を取りまとめ、取引先にサポートを依頼する Collect and relay site- specific priorities to suppliers * 戦略的取引先の主要なパフォーマンス測定/指標を推進および開発し、取引先の継続的な改善を確実に実行するために、社内で協力しこれらの期待に対する取引先のパフォーマンスを監視する。Collaborate internally to drive and develop key performance measures/metrics for Strategic Suppliers and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement * 四半期ごとのビジネス レビューなど、戦略的な取引先のイベントの取りまとめと実行をリードする Lead in organizing and delivering on strategic supplier events, such as Quarterly Business Reviews Job Essential * Negotiating・交渉能力 * Planning・計画作成 * Process Management・プロセス管理能力 * Business Acumen
