Role Purpose Lead civil, structural, and architectural design and construction for semiconductor buildings and supporting structures. Key Responsibilities * Oversee site civil works, foundations, structural steel, seismic design, architectural finishes, and building envelopes. * Ensure compliance with Japan Building Standards Act, seismic codes, fire codes, and permitting processes. * Review structural calculations, construction sequencing, and QC documentation. * Coordinate interfaces with utilities, process systems, and tool installation. Qualifications * Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience * 8+ years in CSA engineering in Japan. * Expertise in seismic design and large industrial facility structural requirements. * Japanese language required, English beneficial. Requirement: Must have construction experience in Japan.
