公式 CFP には「proceedings は ACM Digital Library と IEEE Xplore に収録される」という宣言文は置かれていません。CFP が書いているのは、会場で発表されなかった論文について ACM と IEEE が配布から除外する権利(両ライブラリからの削除を含む)を留保する、という条項です。著作権は ACM 側の手続きで、通知後 2 週間以内に DOI と ISBN を反映した原稿を再提出する運用です。ACM の 100% Open Access 方針が適用されるため、ACM Open に参加していない機関の著者は APC(2027 年は ACM/SIG 会員 500 ドル、非会員 750 ドル)を見込んでおく必要があります。

caveats

未公開項目と読み替えの注意
