沿革と開催地

RFICという名称は1997年にMMWMCから改称されたものと公式のhistoryページに書かれており、IMS2027のCFPはそのMMWMCの期間を1982〜1996年と明記している。RFIC単独の開催地一覧は公表されておらず、Past and Future IMSのページはIMSの都市と日付だけを並べてRFICには触れていない。2025年からIMS週の技術プログラムがRFIC/RFSA/RFTTの3本に再編された点は、過去年との比較で押さえておきたい変更である。

RFICへの改称年

学生の場合、Student Paper Contestに登録するとfinalistで参加登録が無料になり、上位3件には賞金が付く。企業からの発表を狙う場合はIndustry Paper Awardsの筆頭著者要件と社内クリアランスの取得時期を先に確認したい。調査目的で費用を見積もるなら、RFIC単独の登録とIMS週全体のSuper-passのどちらを取るかで金額が変わるため、公式の料金表で区分を確認する。

Student Paper Contestの条件と特典

The student must have been a full-time student (9 hours/term graduate, 12 hours/term undergraduate) during the time the work was performed. The student must be the lead author of the paper, and must present the paper at the Symposium. ... All of the RFIC student paper finalists (best ~ 15 student papers) will receive complementary RFIC registration. URLと表示内容の年ずれ
